Inquilab Studios Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") built Mughals and Rajputs as a free-to-play mobile game available on Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store). This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you play the game, how it is used, and what your rights are.
This policy is issued in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act 2000, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.
The game does not require you to create an account. Most data collected is done automatically by third-party services integrated into the game. Here is a summary of all data collected:
| Data Type | Collected By | Purpose | Stored Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anonymous User ID | Google Cloud Services | Referral system — links referral codes to users without identifying them personally | Google Cloud servers (United States) |
| Referral code and referral activity | Google Cloud Services | Tracking who referred whom to unlock the Sikh faction reward | Google Cloud servers (United States) |
| Device identifiers (advertising ID / IDFA) | LevelPlay (IronSource) and ad network partners | Ad targeting, fraud prevention, frequency capping | LevelPlay and ad network partner servers |
| App interaction data | LevelPlay (IronSource) and ad network partners | Ad serving and optimisation | LevelPlay and ad network partner servers |
| In-app purchase confirmation | Google Play Billing / Apple App Store | Verifying and applying purchased content unlocks | Processed ephemerally on device; not stored on our servers |
| Name (optional) | In-game bug reporter | Identifying who submitted a bug report so we can follow up | Inquilab Studios support server |
| Email address (optional) | In-game bug reporter | Following up on submitted bug reports | Inquilab Studios support server |
| Bug report description (optional) | In-game bug reporter | Diagnosing and fixing bugs | Inquilab Studios support server |
When you launch the game, you are anonymously authenticated with a random user ID via Google Cloud Services — no name, email, or Google account is used. This anonymous ID is used solely to manage the referral system: tracking referral codes, recording completed referrals, and unlocking the Sikh faction reward when the required number of friends have joined through your link.
The game is free to play and supported by ads served through LevelPlay (IronSource) ad mediation platform. Ad networks used include IronSource Ads, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Unity Ads, and AppLovin. These services collect device identifiers and app interaction data to serve relevant ads and prevent ad fraud. On iOS, you will be asked for permission to track your device for personalised ads via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt — you may decline and still use the game fully. If you purchase Remove All Ads, no more banner or interstitial ads will be shown, though rewarded ads (which you choose to watch voluntarily) may remain available.
All payments are processed entirely by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We receive only a purchase confirmation to apply your unlock (e.g. Sikh faction, resource packs, ad removal). We do not have access to your payment card details. Purchase history is processed on-device and not stored on our servers.
The in-game bug reporter is entirely optional. If you choose to submit a report, your name and email are used only to allow us to follow up with you about the issue. Bug reports are stored in our private support system and are not shared with any third party.
We use cloud backend services operated by Google LLC for the referral system. Data is stored on Google servers, primarily in the United States. Google's privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
The game uses LevelPlay (operated by IronSource Ltd.) as an ad mediation platform, which coordinates ads from the following networks: IronSource Ads, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Unity Ads, and AppLovin. Each network operates under its own privacy policy. Key links: IronSource Privacy Policy, Google AdMob Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy, InMobi Privacy Policy, AppLovin Privacy Policy.
All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple's StoreKit/App Store (iOS). We do not collect or store your payment information. Google's practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Apple's practices are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. The only sharing that occurs is:
